Rob and his techs are super friendly, easy to work with, knows what they are doing. These guys fixed my steering wheel problem that has been annoying me for months. Even dealerships didn’t know how to do it right. If you want your vehicle to be done CORRECTLY, come see these guys. Pay their rate, because if you want to “save” money and take it elsewhere? You’ll regret it later I promise.

I had a great experience with TechZone Auto! Rats were destroying my car and the dealership wanted to charge me a crazy amount to fix it. (Insurance would only cover a small amount.) My State Farm agent recommended this place and I'm so glad I went to them. They explained everything really well. They got the work done quickly. The pricing was reasonable. Rob at Techzone runs a clean and professional shop. I took my Tesla Model X there to get an alignment because Tesla was booked out over 2 weeks. Techzone detected a bent component explaining why my car chewed up the tires. They got the part in 1 day and had me back on the road with perfect alignment. I had always taken my car to Tesla and although I love the car and even the service team, their service department is just really busy. Rob answered my calls, took the time to discuss options and did a great job. My Tesla is out of warranty and I know exactly where I'll be going for service/work.

Rob was great! 1st time customer. I contacted Rob via email, and he called me within an hour to answer all my questions, quote me for a wheel alignment (amazing price) and schedule my appointment. At the appointment, he got me out of there in less than 2 hours and charged exactly what he had quoted me previously over the phone. Also gave me some great tips to maximize the longevity of my tires and a true professional. Highly recommend if you have an issue with your car or EV to at least call Rob and the team there to see what they can do if not fix it. Extremely satisfied with the work they did on my EV.

Rob at Techzone was amazing! My car sat at the dealer for 3 days before being diagnosed. Upon inspection the dealer said they would need 4 more hours at a cost of nearly 1500.00 to diagnose the issue. Frustrated at the delays and high cost I made a few calls. I won the lottery with the call to Techzone. Rob answered, and was not only able to take my car same day, he went and picked my car up from the dealer. 4 hours later and my car was fixed! They were so great I had them do some additional items that were on the maintenance horizon. These guys are fast, honest and have the best customer service! Thank you Rob and the team at Techzone! Rob was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had performed an alignment on car which had aftermarket adjustable camber arms installed on it. Other alignment shops refused to work on any modified car. Rob didn't hesitate to accommodate my needs and even had a small conversation explaining to me the potential challenges of the different designs and adjustability of these parts and how that could affect the labor of the service. The service went smooth and took a shorter amount of time than i thought. I got the car back in a few hours. The car was adjusted to my desired specifications after Rob and I had an initial conversation about the factory specifications. Rob took the time to explain the before and after settings of the alignment. The car drives perfectly straight. I would highly recommend coming to Tech Zone.
