Honestly, the most knowledgeable shop I have taken a car/truck to. They take time to explain everything and also understand the specifics about each set up, not just one size fits all. Also, they send you a link with pictures, updates, and diagnostics from your service there. Can even pay online too! 10/10! Would definitely recommend and will go back!

I came to TechZoneAuto with my, not so old Lexus UX 250h (aka Nina) where AppleCarPlay stopped working with a system update. The dealer wasn't super helpful and was also super costly. Rob eased my anxiety immediately by helping to troubleshoot over the phone to rule out other issues. He spent some quality time with me over the phone, immediately building trust, by going above and beyond. They worked with me to throughly understand and diagnose the issue. The clear communication and transparency started on the phone and continued with the work. Detailed photos were provided in a work completion report; very impressive for those of us that geek out on the details. I will go to TechAutoZone in the future to source other trusted businesses. They have gained my full trust. Thank you for bringing Nina back to her top tier standards. She sounds and performs amazing again.

Rob and his techs are super friendly, easy to work with, knows what they are doing. These guys fixed my steering wheel problem that has been annoying me for months. Even dealerships didn’t know how to do it right. If you want your vehicle to be done CORRECTLY, come see these guys. Pay their rate, because if you want to “save” money and take it elsewhere? You’ll regret it later I promise.

I had a great experience with TechZone Auto! Rats were destroying my car and the dealership wanted to charge me a crazy amount to fix it. (Insurance would only cover a small amount.) My State Farm agent recommended this place and I'm so glad I went to them. They explained everything really well. They got the work done quickly. The pricing was reasonable. Rob at Techzone runs a clean and professional shop. I took my Tesla Model X there to get an alignment because Tesla was booked out over 2 weeks. Techzone detected a bent component explaining why my car chewed up the tires. They got the part in 1 day and had me back on the road with perfect alignment. I had always taken my car to Tesla and although I love the car and even the service team, their service department is just really busy. Rob answered my calls, took the time to discuss options and did a great job. My Tesla is out of warranty and I know exactly where I'll be going for service/work.
